Lock and Quay Towns
About the Project
Lock & Quay by LIV Communities is a new pre-construction development in Welland, featuring urban townhomes along the city's scenic waterways. This master-planned community consists of four distinct neighborhoods, each with unique features. The heart of the development, Quayside Village, offers a waterfront promenade with shops, dining, and local markets, while North and South Quays provide residential options connected by walkways. Bridgeview Locks links the Seaway Mall to parks and the waterfront.
